2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@oxeniq.com. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 7–10 business days (insured & tracked)
  • International: 8–12 business days (insured & tracked)
    Processing time is 3 business days. Please note that customs or clearance may affect delivery times.

4. How much is shipping?

7. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We take pride in the quality of our dresses. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@oxeniq.com. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. Can I wash my dress at home?
Care instructions are included on each product tag. Some dresses may require hand wash or dry cleaning to preserve fabric quality and embellishments.
